Jongro BBQ is one of the many elite chain restaurants in South Korea. Jongro BBQ first opened its doors in America in 2015, in the heart of New York City, Koreatown. Here at Jongro BBQ, we are committed to the freshness and tradition. To guarantee the freshness of our meats to all our customers, we never use frozen meat. Instead, Jongro BBQ operates on having our primal cuts delivered daily. All meats are butchered in-house, marinated to order, and cooked at your table with laser thermometers and overhead smoke lamps to ensure unparalleled freshness.  Customer Favorite – One dish in particular that keeps everyone coming back is the Beef Platter. It is a decadent spread of brisket, skirt steak, ribeye, marinated chuck, and kalbi, or marinated short rib. The Beef Platter is fully equipped with traditional banchan (side-dishes) offerings such as kimchi, sliced jalapeños, clay pot-cooked egg, stew, and much more!
